Where is my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM EST ship the same business day. You'll receive a tracking email the moment your label is generated. If 24 hours have passed and you don't see a tracking number, email us with your order # and we'll dig in immediately.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take photos of the box, the packing material, and the affected vials, then email them to support@americanpeptides.us within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged-in-transit items free of charge — no return required for vials with broken seals.
Where can I find the COA for my batch?
Every batch we ship has a third-party Certificate of Analysis on file. Visit our COA page and search by product or by the batch number printed on your vial label.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Because of the regulated nature of research peptides, all sales are final once shipped. We do replace items damaged in transit and items missing from your shipment. Read our full refund & shipping policy for the specifics.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
