Partner Program FAQ
How do the commission tiers work?
Every partner starts at 10%. When your monthly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV = sum of all approved referral orders) hits a tier threshold, your commission rate for the next calendar month auto-upgrades. Drop below the threshold and you fall back one tier.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for the prior month's approved commissions, via ACH (US) or PayPal (international). Minimum payout threshold is $50 - any balance below that rolls over.
What's the attribution window?
30 days from your referral's first click on your link. If they purchase within 30 days of clicking - even without using your coupon - you get credit.
Are there products I can't promote?
You can promote any product in our catalog. Commissions apply to the full order minus shipping and taxes. No exclusions on sale items, bundles, or reconstitution supplies.
Can I use my own coupon code on my orders?
Self-referrals don't qualify for commissions. The program is for bringing in new researchers to our platform.
Do refunds reduce my commissions?
Yes. If a referred order is refunded, the corresponding commission is clawed back from your next payout. We aim to keep this transparent - all clawbacks are itemized in your dashboard.
